    2 large potatoes cubed
    2 large onions diced
    2 tbsp. butter
    3 tbsp. flour
    ham 6 0z.
    nonfat milk 3 cups
    cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded
    broccoli frozen 10 oz. package thawed


boil potatoes until tender. Save one cup of liquid. Meanwhile, sautee onions and ham in butter until onions are soft. Drain potatoes saving one cup of liquid. Add flour to onion mixture and cook 2 minutes. Add potato liquid stirring constantly. Slowly, add milk stirring until thickened. Simmer 25 minutes. Add cheese and broccoli and simmer 8 minutes.Serve.
