    3 Bell Peppers
    2 Jalapenos
    1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
    Tsp Basil
    1 tbsp Olive Oil


Heat oil in pan, add diced peppers, salt & pepper to taste, cook until softened, add tomato sauce and basil. Cook until heated through. I like to serve in a bowl topped with a poached egg or egg whites and 1/2 ounce shredded cheese.
