    1 c walnut halves
    1 c pecan halves
    1 c cashew halves
    1 c macadamias
    1/2 c pignolis/pine nuts
    1/2 c pistachios
    3 T coconut oil
    3 t Himalayan pink salt (or kosher)


Let cool WELL before putting in storage containers or you'll wreck your "crispy"!

You can also mix spices or sweeteners in the zipper bag.


Mix nuts in a large zipper bag.
Drizzle coconut oil over, and add salt.
Shake and mix well, and let sit for a few minutes, mixing again.
Spread on a shallow tray (or multiple trays) in a single layer.
Bake at 250-275 until crispy, stirring and turning several times. Usually this takes about 2 hours.

Serving Size: 10 1/2-cup servings
