Number of Servings: 1


    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)


Smear with butter and cinnamon sugar, fruit, devonshire cream, or syrup, as you prefer.


Mix ingredients, pour into greased pie plate, bake at 375 until fluffy and golden brown.

Serving Size: makes 1 large cake
