    16 oz ground chicken
    1/4 cup hoison sauce
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1 medium carrot, grated
    2 large scallions, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar


Begin by preparing rice accoring to maunfactuer's recommendations.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chicken. Brown chicken. Add hoison, soy, rice vinegar, garlic, and onion. Mix and continue to cook 3 minutes. Add carrot, scallions, and water chestnuts. Stir and simmer to heat through. Serve on lettuce.
