Ingredients

    1 cup salsa
    2 cans black beans, rinsed
    1 cup prepared rice
    2 cups chicken stock

Directions

Put it all in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Using an immersion blender or potato masher, mash some of the beans to create a creamy consistency.
