    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Bread, cracked-wheat, 3 slice, large or thick
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp


Poach eggs until just the white is cooked but yolk is soft. Toast bread, tear into 1" pieces. Pour poached eggs over top and smush until bread is covered in yolk.

Serving Size: makes 1 large bowl
