Ingredients

8 large white potatoes, washed-peel only if desired
1 tablespoon each salt(optional), garlic powder, onion powder, and dry parsley flakes
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375, with rack in center. Spray a couple cookie sheets quickly with non-stick spray. Cut each potato into desired size of "fry." Rinse well with cold water. Place into a large mixing bowl and coat with the oil and the seasonings by tossing them together by hand. Spread evenly on cookie sheets in one layer. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Flip them over to ensure even cooking. Bake the remaining 35 minutes or until golden.
