1 c lentils, 8 c raw veg 1 c lentils, 8 c raw veg
Number of Servings: 15


    1 c lentils
    6 c water
    2 c onions diced
    1 T butter
    4 c mushrooms
    1 c chopped red pepper
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 packet of mild wing sauce from Schneider's chicken wings (3.5 T)


Simmer lentils in water 10 min until lentils cooked. In saucepan saute veg (except tomato) until soft. Add veg, tomato and sauce to lentils. Season. Simmer a bit longer.

Serving Size: makes 15 scoops of 1/2 c each
