    1 cup chopped broccolli
    1 cup chopped cauliflower
    1 cup chopped zucchini
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 med potatoes, diced and pre-cooked in microwave
    4 eggs beaten
    1/2 cup skim milk
    6 oz (1/2 package) Turkey Sausage with Cheddar - Butterball


preheat oven to 350F
spray 8x8 pyrex pan
put diced potatoes in pan, microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
spread rest of chopped veggies in pan and mix all together.
If you want, pre-cook turkey sausage to crisp outside, or, place last, on top of mixed veggies.
Beat eggs and milk together, season to taste, pour over mixture.
bake until center is set - check after 20 minutes.
