    3 medium potatoes
    about 0.25- 0.5 onion
    2 Tbsp of Olive Oil (approx.)
    salt, pepper, herbal vinegar
    parsley, thyme, rosemary etc.


cut the potatoes (i prefer them with skin, if it's thin) into cubes and boil them in salty water for 15-20 min. meanwhile, prepare the dressing. slice up the onion, mix in a bowl with the hers, oil maybe a little water, salt and pepper.
stir in the potatoes while they're still warm

serve either warm or cold
