    4 TBS Butter
    4 TBS Flour
    2 cups milk
    16 oz shredded cheese
    16 oz macaroni


make a rue using flour and butter, when a paste forms, add milk, stir constantly and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until it forms a thick sauce, add cheese and simmer until all the cheese melts and you have a thick cheese sauce, cook noodles according to package directions, mix sauce and noodles together.
