    2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    160 grams of fat-free yogurt
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp cumin powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 clove of garlic, finely minced

Directions

mix altogether in a food processor until smooth
