PS Organic Diced Tomatoes, 28 oz
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1.3 cup
*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup

    Garlic, 6 tsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, .7 tbsp
Pacific Pearl Smoked Oysters, in Spring Water, 3 oz

Substitute or add your favorite veggies.

In a crock pot on high temperature, simmer broth, seasons and veggies together- about 4-6 hours. Cook brown rice separately and set aside. About 1-2 hours before serving, add cooked rice and smoked oysters to soup. Stew is ready to serve when most of the broth has been absorbed by the rice.
