    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    White Wine, 4 fl oz
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Mushrooms, canned, 2 cup
    Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 36 oz
    Dried dill
    Seasoning salt
    Fresh garlic 4 cloves
    Onion, sliced


Heat oil in a skillet, pan fry thin sliced pork. Remove. Cook fresh garlic and onion for two - three minutes. Add dill, paprika and seasoning salt to taste. Cook one minute more. Add mushrooms, and pork. Pour white wine over all. Simmer a couple of minutes. Stir in yogurt and condensed ream of mushroom soup until just warmed through. Serve over brown rice.
