    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Canned Tomato, Crushed, 28oz
    Red Kidney Beans, 16 oz
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    Minced Garlic, 1 tbsp
    Cumin, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Paprika, .5 tsp
    Pepper, cayenne, .5 tsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


Brown turkey. Stir in onion, and cook until tender.
Add remaining ingrediants. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.

Serving Size: approx 8 1.25 cup servings
