    Shredded Cheese (1/2 cup)
    Tomato (1 cut)
    Onion (1/2 cup chopped)
    Ham (1 cup diced)
    2% Milk (1/4 cup)
    Broccoli (1 cup)
    Eggs (3)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)


Preheat skillet
Add Olive Oil
Add Ham, Onions and Broccoli
Cook until ham is brown or broccoli is at preferred texture
In a bowl Add Milk and Eggs and stir
Add eggs into skillet
Cook until eggs are 3/4 of the way cooked
Add Shredded cheese
Finish Cooking and Enjoy
