    2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
    1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup reduced sugar ketsup
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons granulated splenda
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    ground pepper
    1 large onion diced
    cookin spray olive oil


You can make this advance and bake it just before serving.


Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces. Coat with flour. Fry chicken in olive oil until browned. Place chicken in 2 quart casserole dish and set aside. Saute onion in sprayed pan until just tender. In a bowl mix ketsup, water, splenda,worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Add sauce to onion and cook until it starts to boil. Pour the sauce over the chicken & bake covered at 350 for 30-40 minutes until it bubbles.
