Ingredients

    16 oz cauliflower
    20 oz broccoli
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 cu brie cheese
    .5 cup parmessan cheese
    .5 cup sharp cheddar cheese
    .5 cup bread crumbs
    1.5 cups milk

Directions

steam cauliflower and broccoli for 6 minutes until crunchy and crisp
then arrange in baking dish
combine flour and butter over medium heat until the flour is absorbed and add milk to make a rue, then cook until mixture is bubbly then remove from heat and whisk in brie and cheddar cheese, mix until the cheeses are all melted and blended ( about 10 minutes) then pour over cauliflower and broccoli arranged in baking dish.
Finally cover mixture with parmessan cheese and bread crumbs, bake covered in 350 degree oven until the mixture is bubbly and vegetables are still firm. Cook time about 15-20 minutes
