    2 boneless chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces
    2 cups of shredded cheese
    15 oz tomato sauce
    8 oz salsa mild picante
    3tbs chicken broth
    1 medium onion chopped
    2 garlic cloves diced
    6 whole wheat tortillas
    1tsp chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1tbs sour cream
    diced tomatoes


Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in pan, then add chicken til browned,once browned set chicken aside. Place onions,garlic & chicken broth in pan and heat til onions soften then add tomato sauce,salsa,cumin & chili powder & stir. Add chicken to pan and bring to a boil then let simmer for 5-10 mins.

In a casserole dish add some sauce on bottom then layer tortilla shells, then sauce, then cheese and continue until only sauce and cheese is left.

Bake @ 350 covered with aluminum foil for 35 mins, last 10 mins uncover and let cheese bake til golden.

Serve with sour cream and diced tomatoes.
