    1 head lettuce, cut up
    2 tomatos, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1/4 onion, finely diced
    1 c. shredded chedder cheese
    1 can black beans
    1 lb ground turkey
    1/4 cup salsa
    Salt, pepper, garlic to tatste

    Non fat sour cream and salsa for dressing (optional- not included in the nutrional calculations)


In a medium skillet, brouwn the ground turkey, making sure to break into small peices. Season with Salt, pepper and garlic. Add salsa and black beans stir well, cook till heated through. Set aside to cool
Chop up lettuce, tomatos, bell peppers and onions. Combine in a bowl. Top with cooled meat. Add cheese.

Dish out on plates and if desired, top with salsa and non-fat sour cream to taste.
