Ingredients


    3 tsp Chili powder
    2 Chicken Breast, no skin,
    2 Tbsp Onions, raw, chopped
    3 Tbsp Trader Joe's Reduced Fat Mayo(unsweeted/eggless/dairy free)
    1 to 3 dashes El Pollo Loco, Jalapeno Hot Sauce
    Salt to taste
    1/2 of lemon juice

Directions

Steam cook raw chicken breast in cold water. Add few cloves of garlic, carrot & celery for flavor.
Pull boiled chicken apart in small bowl.
Mix in mayo, chilli powder, sea salt and hot sauce.
Mix well and spread over crackers.
(I use a lot of hot sauce in mine...I like spicy!!)
