    Chicken Breast (baked cooked), no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Rice-a-Roni -Chicken Flavor, 32 oz 2 cups cooked

    white cooking wine
    basil, oregano, parsley


Bake Chicken Breast at 350* for 1 hour, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed cool then dice

saute Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped 2 cups fresh mushrooms and diced 2 Garlic cloves
add chicken and simmer in .50 cup white cooking wine add spices then add Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup simmer all together while

preparing box rice roni as directed
should make 2 cups cooked

pour chicken mixture over rice sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve makes 7 one cup servings May add green pepper if desired.
