Ingredients

    1/4 cup Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original
    1/4 cup Oatmeal (plain)
    1 Banana, fresh, medium - mashed
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp Honey
    1/4 cup cereal or granola (calculated with MultiGrain Cheerios)

Directions

Mash banana (I heat it without skin in microwave for 30-60 seconds to make mashing easier)
combine all ingredients in a small mason jar
seal tightly
shake to mix
leave in fridge overnight
Easy, on the go breakfast with fiber and protein

Serving Size: This amount makes 1 jar serving - I line up five jars and do this to have them ready for the work week
