Number of Servings: 6


    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons butter, melted


Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl. Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken.
Stir the cheese, bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the soup mixture.
Bake at 400F. for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken.
