    2 cups dry white beans
    1 big onion
    1/2 dried chili pepper


You can add oive oil if you like, at the end.

1.Soak overnight and boil till tender.
2.Add the onion and celery chopped, salt, and pepper.Boil for 10 more minutes and then add lemon and oregano.
