    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Garlic, 2 clove
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato
    * Scallions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped

boil lima beans, drain and cool
mince garlic
combine all ingredients.. salt & pepper to taste.
