Yummy Herring Salada Yummy Herring Salada
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup diced dill pickels
    1 cup diced pickled beets
    1 cup diced pickled herring
    1 cup diced apples
    1 cup diced hard boiled eggs
    3 tablespoons capper
    mayonaise about 10 tbsp but you can have more or less depending how much you like mayo

Directions

Drain and dry thoroughly beets, dill pickles and herring on papertowle. Chop finely all ingredints to small pieces and mix together with mayo. Wait for 1 day for flavors to blend. Mix and serve. Dish will not be pink due to the beets but that's part of the fun.
