Ingredients

Plain, low-fat yogurt, 450 gr
3 oranges, small
6.5 gram gelatin
1/2 tbsp sweetener
Directions
Squeeze the juice of 1 orange, cut the fruit of the other two into small pieces. Mix yogurt with fruit juice, gelatin and sweetener, and heat, but don't boil.
Put the fruit into the mix.
Put into refridgerator for two hours in 6 cups.
If you put it in the freezer, it's a nice ice cream substitute.
Recipe comes from a Hungarian diet blog. The original used blood oranges, but any kind of juicy fruit is good.
