Ingredients

    1 large chopped onion about 2 cups
    2-3 cubed potatoes
    8 cups water
    S&P to taste
    12 oz. Tilapi
    2 cans chopped clams with juice
    2 T dried chopped parsley
    1 can non fat evaporated skim milk
    1 cup skimmed milk

Tips

all ingredients may be bought at Sav A Lot, for around $10.00


Directions

chop onion, cube potato, add water, cook til tender
add fish, clams, parsley, cook 10 minutes be careful not to bring to boil
add evaporated and skimmed milk, do not boil,
heat and serve

Serving Size: makes aproximately 12 one cup servings
