Ingredients

    1/3 cup orange marmalade
    3 Tbsp cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp honey
    1 Tbsp canola oil
    1 1lb pork tenderloin, trimmed
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine first 5 ingredients and stir with whisk. Reserve 2 Tbsp. Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. Sprinkl pork with salt and pepper. Add pork to pan and cook 5 minutes or until brown. Turn over and brush with 1/4 cup marmalade mixture. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Turn pork over and brush with another 1/4 cup marmalade. Bake and additional 10 minutes or until 150 internal temp. Remove from pan and brush with remaining marmalade.
