    Artichoke hearts, 2 packages frozen or 2 cans rinsed well
    0.25 cups Garlic, minced (adjust to taste)
    4 cups chickpeas, cooked (rehydrated from dry or 3 cans, rinsed well)
    0.25 cups Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (adjust to taste)
    0.25 cups Lemon Juice (adjust to taste)
    4tbsp Mrs. Dash (or other no-salt seasoning - adjust to taste)
    1 cup dehydrated tomatoes (or 0.5 ups pureed)
    1 small onion
    2 tbsp tahini
    2 tbsp flax seed, ground


Place all ingredients in food processor and blend. Serve with vegetables or crackers, or serve on salad.
