Introduction

I use curly's sauceless pork to create fast meals often. It is a fast handy way to add meat and be sure of tenderness. The potato Inspirations are delicious alternatives to regular potatoes. I combined these two with other vegetables and slow cooked them in the crock pot on a day that did not have enough minutes. Ingredients

    1 pkg. Curly's Sauceless pulled pork
    1 bag (28 ounces) Potato Inspirations Celebration blend (mixed varieties) potatoes, halved
    1 medium raw onion, chopped
    2 cups fresh snap beans, in bite size pieces
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    1 medium zuccini, sliced
    1 tbsp. dried parsley leaves
    2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped fine
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 cups water

Tips

In this recipe I have increased Potatoes from my first try as the dish was too fat for me. You may wish to also increase carrots or other veggies


Directions

Cut pork into chunks( it is in one solid piece when the package is first opened.) Place pork and remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high setting until Vegetables are tenderbeans are tender
