    2 cups celery, sliced
    2 cups carrots, sliced
    1 cup chopped onion
    1-12 oz package of frozen green beans
    1 lb Ground beef, extra lean
    20 oz package of Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1-46 oz bottle of Spicy Hot V8 Vegetable Juice
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
    2 tbsp Wyler's beef granules
    about 2 cups water
    Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes to taste.


Can also, be prepared in crockpot


Slice vegetables, mix 2 cups water and beef granules in a 5.5 qt stockpot. Add carrots and bring to a boil. In separate pan brown and season ground beef, drain and rinse, then add to stockpot. Next brown onion and add to pot along with remaining vegetables, V8 and canned tomatoes. Finally brown and season ground turkey and add this to stockpot as well.
Finish seasoning to taste, reduce heat and simmer until veggies are done.

Serving Size: makes 10 2-cup servings
