    1 head cauliflower
    1 can chick peas, drained
    3 T olive oil
    sea salt
    1/2 cup green olives


Can use kalamata olives in place of green olives


Cut cauliflower into florets. Spread on baking pan and sprinkle chick peas over top. Drizzle with olive oil and add sea salt. Roast for 25 mins in 400 degree oven. Remove from oven, toss with green olives. Serve warm, or chilled.
