    Grilled Chicken Breast

    Red Bell Pepper
    1 cup of Sweet Pea Pods or Bag of frozen Stir Fry Veg.
    2 cups of brown cooked rice
    1 cup chicken broth
    2tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp of sugar or 3 packets of sweet and low
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1 green onion
    salt & pepper


cook chicken & rice
mix with vegetables
mix all spices with chicken broth and pour over chicken, rice, and vegetables
