Ingredients

    Dill 2oz
    Onions 2oz, sauteed
    Olive oil 2oz
    Frozen Spinach 3 pounds, thawed and drained
    Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup
    Shredded Mozzarella 1/2 cup
    Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup

    Thaw spinach and drain/squeeze. Saute onions in olive oil and mix with spinach and dill. Add Parmesan cheese and mix. Sprinkle mozzarella and bread crumbs and/or line pan with filo in bottom and top.


Tips

Filo dough may be substituted for bread crumbs.

If using the steamer, bake covered.


Directions


Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

Uncover after 30 minutes and continue to bake until crumbs are browned.
