    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 5 ounces (remove)
    Bib Lettuce, 1 head (5" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
    Almonds, 0.25 cup, slivered (remove)
    Water, tap, 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Bean sprouts, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Snow Peas, fresh, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Carrot Matchstix, 2 oz (remove)
    Reese Water Chestnuts, 4 oz (remove)
    Simple Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)
    Walden Farms Asian Calorie Free Dressing & Marinade, 5 tbsp (remove)
    PB2, 3 tbsp


PB2 is peanut butter without the oil, and can be found at www.bellplantation.com; Walden Farms Asian Dressings are in Albertson's and Fresh Market Grocery Stores, Simple Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning is found at Costco. Soy Power and Psyllium husks can be found in health food stores.


Steam 5 oz chicken breast with 1/2 c diced onion until tender. Cut up chicken.

Mix Asian Dressing, Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning, PB2 and water together. Set aside.

Add snow peas, bean sprouts, carrot matchstix, water chestnuts (diced) and almonds to cut up cooked chicken and onion mixture.

Blend in dressing mixture and serve with 1 head bib lettuce.
