    Spaghetti, 7 oz cooked
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Chili Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 to 1/3 cup
    salt, 3/4 tsp
    Pepper, 1/2 tsp
