Ingredients

    10 Large potatoes, skins washed and cute into big wedges
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 cup water
    2 tbsps dried oregano
    1 tbsp Rosemary
    2 lemons, juiced
    dash of seasalt
    ground black pepper


Directions

Preheat oven to 420F.
Spray baking pan with oil spray.
Place all the ingredients into the pan.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Give everything a little mix to make sure the spices and
juices are evenly distributed all over the potato wedges.

Bake for 40-45 minutes.
When you notice a delicious golden-brown crust formed
on the potatoes, turn them over with a spoon so the
white side is turned up.

Add a little more salt, pepper and a light sprinkle or
oregano and rosemary.

Add 1/2 cup more water if pan looks like its getting a little dry.

Cook for another 40 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
