Ingredients

    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    C&H Light Sugar & Stevia Blend, 1 packet
    Milk, Soy, Organic, Unsweetened, Silk, 1/2 cup
    1 small banana

Directions

Mix together in jar, store in refrigerator overnight, eat cold in morning with banana or fruit of choice. Also could heat in microwave to warm.
