    2 large russett potatoes
    3 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp grill seasoning


Cut potatoes in halves and halves into 5 wedges each.
Lay on baking sheet
Top with oil and seasoning and toss to coat
Roast at 425 for 45 minutes, flipping every 12-15 minutes.
