    2 lbs venison, cubed 1"
    2 medium onions, 1/2" slices
    1 lb red potatoes, 1/4" slices
    2 medium apples, 1/2" slices
    1 bay leaf
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1 cup burgandy wine or beef broth
    1/2 cup Worcestershire
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup water


Makes 8 2 cup servings

Layer venison, onions, potaoes, and apples into a slow cooker. Combine the rest of the ingredients ecept the water and flour. Pour over the layers. Cook 8-10 hours on low. During the last thirty minutes, mix the water and flour together and stir into the slow cooker. Turn up the heat to high for thirty minutes. Enjoy.
