    1 Oreo or Chocolate wafer Pie crust
    1 (4 serving) package of Fat Free Chocolate Pudding (not instant)
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
    1/4-1/2 teaspoon mint extract
    Several drops of green food coloring


Heat oven to 400F. Bake pie crust as directed on package. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a 2-quart saucepan, stir together milk and pudding mix; cook as directed on package. Set aside.

In medium bowl, beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, mint extract and food coloring until smooth.

Spread chocolate mixture in pie crust. Top with mint topping. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until set.

Garnish with whipped topping, and chopped mints .
