    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup fat free margarine, softened
    1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats, uncooked
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
    2 cups corsely chopped cranberries


Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray baking sheets with non-stick spray (pam).
Cream sugar and margerine, beat at medium speed until well blended. Add apple juice concentrate, egg whites and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and oats then gradually add to creamed mixture beating at low speed to form a soft dough. Stir in cranberries with spoon.

Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls one inch apart. Bake for 14 minutes or til lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.

Makes 36 cookies - two per serving/18 servings
