    1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 T coconut oil

    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt


Combine 1/2 c popcorn kernels, 1/2 c sugar, and 1/2 cup oil in a lidded pot over medium heat. Shake pot over stove-top until kernels stop popping. Remove lid and add cinnamon/sugar/salt mixture. Place lid back on and shake until popcorn is evenly coated.

Serving Size: makes about 12 1-cup servings
