    750 ml Campbell's Chicken Broth
    23 grams Delrose Gourmet Aromatic Amercian Basmati White Rice
    68 grams Kraft Velveets Cheese Product
    35 grams raw onion
    600 grams sweet potato


Set aside Velveeta Cheese Product. Place all other ingredients in a pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer until sweet potato is soft. Separate liquid from solids. Mash solids, preferably in food processor or with electric hand mixer. Add liquid as needed to make smooth. Add pureed mixture to liquid. Combine. Cut Velveeta into cubes and add to liquid puree.Stir until Velveeta is melted. Makes approximately 5, one-cup servings.
