    .25 Cup Pumpkin Puree
    .25 Cup Oats
    .5 Cup Vanilla Whey Protein
    .5 Tsp Cinnamon
    2 Egg Whites
    .5 Tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 serving Stevia


Place all ingredient into a blender and blend unti smooth place onto a greased griddel and cook 2-3 min
