Ingredients

    1 lb. cod fillets
    about 12 grape tomatoes, quartered
    2 small sweet tomatoes sliced

Directions

heat up a skillet add the olive oil . When the oil is hot add the onions and cook until translucent, then add the tomatoes cook until just about cooked, add the cod and cook till the cod is flaky. Remove from heat add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings 4 oz.
