    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup (remove)
    Paprika, 2 tsp (remove)


Heat oven to 375
Scrub potatoes but do not peel - cut into 1/8 in slices to measure about 4 c.
Melt margerine in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion in margerine about 2 min stirring occasionally until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly until bubbly, remove from heat.
Stir in milk and 1 1/2 c cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil & stir 1 min - remove from heat
Spread potatoes in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
Baked uncovered 1 hour. Mix remaining cheese and bread crumbs, sprinkle over potates. Top with paprika to taste. Bake uncovered 15 - 20 min or until top is brown and bubbly.
